À La Carte

Starters

Soup



Tom Yam is one of the best known Thai soups. It is spicy, sour, with a fragrance of lemongrass. The balanced combination of fish sauce and lime juice in lemongrass stock is perfect, cooked with tiger prawns. If you like it hot, just add more fresh Thai chilli at the end.
TomKha is similar to Tom Yam but the fragrance of galangal is more dominant, with added coconut milk in the stock to bring a smooth flavour of sweetness, balanced with fish sauce and lime juice, perfectly cooked with chicken.
Pho Tak is a fisherman’s soup with lemongrass stock and a fragrance of basil leaves, balanced with fish sauce and lime juice, perfectly cooked with seafood.

Curries



Most Thai curries are made from fresh, rather than dried ingredients and derive their character from the spices chosen, which, other than chillies, can include galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, shallots and garlic. Many Thai curries use coconut milk with a choice of meat.

One of our unique dishes is charcoal grill with your choice of marinated meat or seafood served with a variety of traditional Thai sauces; “Nam Yam”*, “Nam Jim Jeaw”** or sweet chilli sauce. It is popular for Thai people to accompany these dishes with cold drinks on a very hot day.

Stir-fries



Why not try our traditional wok‐fried dishes with fresh Thai herbs such as garlic, ginger, "Kra Chai" (finger root), lemongrass, galangal, kaffir lime leaves, Thai baby chilli and basil. Probably the most popular Thai stir‐fried dish on a hot day is "Pad Bai Gra Prao" with any kind of meat. Another traditional dish is "Pad Prik Gaeng," literally “hot stir‐fried”, with Thai red curry paste, vegetables and any kind of meat.
